1) Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use educational/testing platforms. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2) Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up-to-date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account.
You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.
3) Wallet & Balance
The Service uses an internal wallet balance (UZS) for subscription payments.
Your balance is not a bank account and does not accrue interest.
Wallet funds may only be used within the Service and are non-transferable to third parties unless expressly permitted.
4) Subscriptions
Subscription plans are pre-paid from your wallet balance.
If you renew before your current subscription expires, the new period is added on top.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Access may be limited if your subscription expires or if balance is insufficient.
5) Payments & Top-Ups
You may top up your wallet balance through supported payment methods. Some top-ups may require admin approval.
We do not store full payment card information on our servers. External processors handle sensitive billing details.
Top-ups and payments are recorded in your account history for audit and compliance.
Refunds, if granted, are at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
6) User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Share, resell, or distribute test content without authorization.
Attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with Service operations.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
7) Intellectual Property
All materials on the Service—including tests, questions, software, UI design, and branding—are owned by eAttestatsiya LLC or its licensors. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by these Terms.
8) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eAttestatsiya LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions (e.g., intellectual property, liability, governing law) will survive termination.
11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan (unless otherwise required by your jurisdiction). Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Uzbekistan.
12) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Service. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you agree to the revised Terms.
