These Terms explain the rules for using the platform, managing your account, paying for subscriptions, and accessing educational content and related features.
You may use the Service only if you are legally allowed to do so and can enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.
You should use the platform only if you meet the minimum age required for educational and online services in your jurisdiction, or if you have the involvement required from a parent or guardian.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any feature-specific rules posted within the platform.
You should provide accurate and current information when creating or updating an account, including contact details where requested.
You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. Activity that happens through your account is treated as your responsibility unless you report unauthorized access promptly.
Your account is for your own use unless we explicitly allow otherwise. Sharing or selling account access is not permitted.
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm account ownership, recover access, or investigate misuse.
The Service may use an internal wallet balance in UZS to pay for subscriptions or other supported features.
Your wallet balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and is not intended to function as a savings or payment instrument outside the Service.
Wallet funds are generally for use within the platform and are not transferable to other users or redeemable for cash unless required by law or expressly approved by us.
Wallet actions may appear in your account history. If we identify a clear technical or accounting error, we may correct the related balance entry.
Subscription plans are prepaid and usually begin once the relevant payment or wallet deduction is successfully completed.
If you renew before an active subscription ends, the new period may be added on top of the remaining time, depending on the plan logic shown in the Service.
We may update plan prices, features, or duration from time to time. Changes normally apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce access you have already paid for.
Subscriptions are not considered automatically renewing unless the Service clearly says so at the time of purchase.
Some features of the Service may require wallet top-ups, manual review, or external payment processing.
You may add funds or pay for features using the payment methods the platform makes available at the relevant time.
Some top-ups may require admin review or receipt verification before funds are reflected in your available balance.
If you upload payment receipts, screenshots, or related proof, you should ensure they are accurate, lawful to share, and connected to your own payment activity.
External processors may handle sensitive payment details directly. We do not intend to store full bank card information on our own servers.
You should use the Service only for lawful, educational, and legitimate personal purposes.
You may not attempt to bypass security, automate access improperly, scrape protected content, interfere with Service operations, or manipulate scores, balances, or platform results.
Tests, questions, explanations, and other platform materials may not be copied, resold, republished, or distributed without permission.
You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, submit false payment information, or use the platform in a misleading or fraudulent manner.
All materials in the Service, including tests, questions, explanations, software, branding, and UI elements, are owned by eCHSB LLC or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may access and use platform content for your own personal, non-commercial learning and account use, subject to these Terms.
If you send us suggestions, bug reports, or product feedback, we may use those ideas to improve the Service without separate compensation to you.
Some parts of the Service, such as promotions, special events, or game-like features, may be subject to additional posted rules that apply alongside these Terms.
The Service is designed to support preparation, learning, practice, and progress tracking. It does not guarantee admission, certification, official exam results, or any specific educational outcome.
We may update, pause, or change features, content, or availability from time to time, including for maintenance, security, or product improvement reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Some parts of the Service may rely on third-party tools or processors. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused solely by those external services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eCHSB LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
This may include loss of profits, business interruption, lost data, or lost opportunities connected with platform use, except where such limitations are not allowed by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or close access if there is a material breach of these Terms, fraud, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or non-payment where payment is required.
Termination may stop access to active features, subscriptions, or account tools, but provisions relating to intellectual property, payment records, liability, and governing law may continue to apply.
Some account and payment records may remain in our systems for legal, security, audit, or support purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise. We encourage good-faith efforts to resolve disputes informally first. If that does not resolve the issue, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Uzbekistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date, and material changes may also be highlighted through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised version.
